This is a horrible quality picture. Sorry. Yesterday my friend John made a steak that was blog worthy. You can't see it in this picture but it was cooked to perfection. About 2mm of brown around the outside with delicious raw meat on the inside, soooo good! Not to mention that it was covered in delicious spices. Yum. This followed by the new season of Californication = pure awesomeness. If you don't watch that show, I highly recommend you do. Start at season 1 though, it is pure brilliance.
