My Best Life - Day 7

In my blog I try to steer my posts away from anything superficial. Money, looks and even health can be gone in an instant. That being said feeling good about yourself can make a regular day turn into a fantastic day. Yesterday I bought a new pair of pants for work, I dread buying work clothes, specifically pants. My thigh, to butt, to waist ratio is all out of whack and as my friend Nicole will tell you, or me in the change room at Guess, I have a really awful body shape. For the record I LOVE this story, she is hilarious and I appreciate her honesty times a thousand. I am still laughing about it as I type it out.

So today I got up for work, put my new outfit on and proceeded to my mirror to give myself the final approval before walking out the door. Wow.... these pants make my butt look good, WIN! Boys may not know this but when your butt looks really good it gives you super powers. It is very similar to the super powers you get from a good hair day but slightly more sexual. Your confidence has instantly doubled and people can tell. Bad things can happen to you on this day and it doesn’t matter because while they are happening you have a really fabulous ass. For the record, it is hard to get a good picture of your own butt. I swear it looked better in real.

I really hesitated about the topic of this post but I think we can relate to a day where something about our appearance seemed better then usual and that made our day!

*for the record it wasn’t lululemon good but it was pretty freaking good.
